General Description

The Carver 40� Cockpit MY is one great designed boat. As the owner stated, �The lower access through the master stateroom through a sliding door from the aft deck and swim platform is a lot easier when loading supplies and gear.� Carver did not waste any space in the salon and galley giving the owner the �big-boat� accommodations needed when entertaining. While viewing this boat the owners and I had plenty of room moving freely throughout the salon. This is a no children, no smoking, and no pets yacht that is in immaculate condition. A lot better than some I have seen a third of her age. There has never been one drop of water or oil in the bilge � THE CLEANIEST I HAVE EVER SEEN! You can enter the salon form the upper aft deck that is decorated with 4 Italian reclining chairs via a 4 step staircase or through the lower deck directly into the master stateroom. The master head located on the starboard side of the master stateroom is very spacious with a large shower with gracious headroom. As you enter the salon complete with lower helm station, there is a wrap-around couch on the port side and a single convertible couch on the starboard side with a large wicker trunk serving as a coffee table. The convertible dinette is on the starboard side and you step down to the galley with spacious cabinets, storage, and complete amenities. The entire interior is highlighted by beautiful maintained teak including the galley floor. The carpeting is a light grayish blue with cream white upholstery accented by beige design. A very well arranged flybridge with plenty of room and guest seating. This is a remarkable boat that has been well kept and never been in salt water!

Accommodations
The guest and master staterooms are well designed with lots of storage and closet space. Both staterooms sleep two comfortable with four more person allowable in the main salon with the couch and dinette converting to beds. The owner and his wife have entertained 17 people onboard and were very comfortable. They have owned two yachts and believe this is the best design on the water for her size. She has a new Sony stereo CD/6 disc changer installed with six speakers. She also has Central Vacuum System and two zone Air conditioner/Heat system. There is a TV with VCR also. The upper aft deck has 4 chairs that recline, love seat, and table. Call Tyler.

This boat is like new. She has really been taken care of and serviced regularly by private mechanic.
