General Description

The Sojourner is a classic solid mahogany sundeck motor yacht that has been well maintained and kept in a covered slip. The profile is that of a typical sundeck motor yacht, with a sharp entry bow, a straight sheer, a raised trunk cabin forward, salon deck house, bimini covered aft deck, and slightly rounded transom. The exterior of the hull was inspected for soft spots, deterioration, ship worms, or any signs of hull damage, with none found. The entire bottom was recently re-planked and epoxy coated. All bronze thru hulls, raw water intake for engines, toilets, air conditioners etc. were inspected and found to be free from corrosion. The bronze struts, propeller shafts and propellers were inspected and dialed and found to be true with no excessive play. The engine room is clean and un-cluttered with a dry bilge. She is powered by twin Chrysler 383 CID 250HP gasoline engines that are low hours since overhaul, they run very well and shift smoothly. This boat is very clean and in good condition, for vessel of her age. THIS IS A PERFECT LIVE-ABOARD!!!
