General Description

The Silverton 402 Motor Yacht is an aft-cabin yacht with family accommodations. She offers a large bridge, fully enclosed aft-deck, open salon, full service galley and dinette down, master aft cabin with ensuite head, and forward guest stateroom with guest head.

The bridge features a wide centerline helm with captain's chair at center and companion seats on each side. The helm is equipped with a full complement of electronics including: Raytheon GPS, Raytheon Color Chart Plotter, Raytheon Depthfinder, Raytheon Radar, Raytheon Autopilot, Marine VHF Radio, and Jensen AM/FM/CD at Helm. A guest lounge is forward of the helm. Bridge has option of being open, with bimini, or with bimini and side curtains.

A few steps down is the aft-deck with hardtop and side curtains. It features wicker furniture, new carpet, and a wet bar with refrigerator and brand new icemaker. It's a great spot to relax or entertain.

Going below we find an open salon with a large L-shaped settee to starboard and the entertainment center to port. The salon is spacious with lots of natural light. The galley and dinette are down from the salon with the booth style dinette to portside. The U-shaped galley is across from the dinette and features a new Norcold full sized refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, and plenty of counter space and storage. Forward is the guest stateroom with double berth, hanging locker, and storage. The guest head includes mirrored vanity and shower stall. The master stateroom is aft with double berth, large mirrored vanity, hanging locker, entertainment center, and ensuite head with vanity and shower stall.

Forty Somethin' is powered by twin 350hp Crusaders that provide a cruising speed of 17 knots. A Kohler generator and cabin air conditioning provide comfort and convenience at dockside or away from shore power.
