General Description

INTRODUCTION The NEW 45' SYMBOL Mk II Raised Pilothouse (now with a 15'-10" beam) was developed for navigators wanting the advantages of a pilothouse with the ability to occasionally travel at higher speeds. Built to ABS standards, the semi-displacement hull will accommodate single or twin diesels, providing the owner a choice in performance(20 kts) and range.
This passagemaker with a timeless traditional profile is built with quality materials to reduce exterior maintenance. The custom interior provides the luxury of satin finished teak wood with the excellent joinery that SYMBOL is known for.

Cockpit, forward deck and fly bridge are designed to afford more outdoor space for a BBQ, entertaining, or just relaxing. Easy cockpit entrance to the engine room keeps the interior cleaner.

The semi wide-body design projects a salon of a much larger yacht. Double doors opening to the cockpit and large salon windows allow for maximum light and ventilation. Galley, opens to the salon, has a spacious �U' shaped countertop, storage cabinets and space for full size appliances.

Forward is the owner's stateroom with an island queen berth and ensuite head. Port is the guest stateroom with a double berth, across to STBD is the day head with separate shower.

Because the raised pilothouse is the center of activity while underway, we have incorporated several design features: P & S Dutch doors, easy access interior stairs to flybridge, raised �L" shaped lounge/berth, space for comfortable helm seats, drawer/cabinet storage, navigation area and a large area for navigation instruments.
