General Description

Accommodations
This 490 Hampton is new to the market. It has a unique, one-of-a-kind, high gloss maple interior. The carpet is elegant and bound on the edges. She has two staterooms. The guest stateroom is forward with queen berth and the master stateroom is amidships, also with queen berth. The master stateroom has a special ceiling treatment, and there are plenty of closets and drawers in both staterooms. There are two heads, both with round stall showers. Access to the staterooms is via an elegant spiral staircase from the pilothouse on the starboard side.
The pilot house has sliding doors on each side and a large, custom, DOUBLE-WIDE bench pilot house seat. Behind is a large seat that converts to a pilot berth. The pilothouse has variable intensity red lighting for night cruising. Instrument panel, countertops and hi-lo table are covered with maple. The spacious flybridge has a wetbar with sink and U-line icemaker, Jenn-Air gas BBQ, Norcold refrigerator, and is enclosed with canvas and Eisenglass. There is ample seating in the form of L-shaped and bench seating. There is an acrylic and stainless steel door leading from the pilothouse. The helm area is located on the port side as close to the centerline as possible. Flybridge has a hi-lo table. There is courtesy floor lighting on the flybridge with an on/off switch on helm and spreader lights in the radar arch. Flybridge cushions are beige/white in color. The cockpit has a stainless steel ladder with fiberglass steps leading to the flybridge. The lazarette contains a watertight door leading into the aft portion of the engine room with a large hatch cover in the deck that has hydraulic or gas lifters. Aft of the transom is a swim platform and swim ladder.

Galley
The U-shaped galley is in the forward and port part of the saloon area and contains a large fiberglass sink with Corian cover and cutting board facing the port side, Kenmore microwave/convection oven in the cabinetry above the Jenn-Air Gas stove with grill. Norcold AC/DC full refrigerator/freezer. Broan trash compacter and U- Line icemaker (located in the starboard countertop next to the air conditioning unit). The bartop along the aft side of the galley has a Corian countertop and overhead variable intensity halogen lighting. There is designer carpet in the salon.
