General Description

Creative/Owner financing is available on this vessel which has undergone a "keel-Up" restoration and renovation. All wiring,plumbing,fixtures,appliances,etc. have been replaced. The hull (inside and out)was done in white epoxy.

The interior teak and the teak and holly floors have been restored and the two showers have ceramic tile and new heads. Ther Perkins Diesel upgrade to 50 hp gives the cruising speed a boost to 12+ knots with fuel consumption of approx. 10 knots per gal. In 1999 and 2000 the outfitting of the hydraulic auto pilot,radar and GPS has made it possible to cruise anywhere in the world with state-of-the-art reliability and performance.

The layout affords total privacy for the owner with the master cabin located behind a door down the gangway off the main salon. It also has a private entrance off the cockpit. The master cabin has it's own shower,sink,and electric head as well as a queen size bed. Cable TV,stereo, air conditioning,cell phone,and a 12 volt refrigerator complete the amenities.

The forward cabin also has it's own head,sink,and shower with two single berths. It is behind a door off the main salon. The main salon has a large settee that converts to a double bed. It also has an entryway from the cockpit.

The Cheoy Lee elegance and quality are evident throughout.
