General Description

The 43 Viking Motor Yacht is one of the few aft cabin vessels known for their offshore capabilities. Viking's "best, and first" motor yacht design, the Double Cabin is essentially a Viking 40 Convertible with a full-width aft stateroom. The floor plan of both boats is the same from the saloon forward, and of course the Double Cabin shares the same proven modified-V hull as her convertible sister ship.

Her huge aft deck has a custom hardtop and full enclosure, which allows a great deal of living space. From there it's up to the bridge or through the salon doors into the main salon. There is a sleep sofa to port and a barrel chair to starboard. The lower helm station is forward starboard. Port side forward is the galley and dinette. Going all the way forward we find the guest stateroom with v-berth and guest head. The master stateroom is aft with queen-size centerline berth and private head.

Aft Deck

The aft deck is huge and will probably be your favorite area on the boat. It has the hardtop and eisenglass enclosure to protect in bad weather. It includes a dingy davit.

The salon includes sleeper sofa and barrel chair. To starboard forward is the lower helm. Forward is a galley and dinette just down from the salon. L-shaped dinette is to port and galley to starboard.
