General Description

The Riviera 3000 Offshore is an easily handled, spacious and capable motor cruiser with the inherent qualities that you come to expect from the largest boatbuilder in the Southern Hemisphere.
This example is hull # 34 and was launched and delivered to Singapore in 2000. She has been well maintained by her current owners and has been kept ashore predominantly for the last two years on her own launching trailer. The engines have low hours and there are no problems reported. The genset provides power for battery charger, microwave and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the saloon.

The cockpit features under deck storage lockers, a wet bar with sink and fridge and cockpit seating/table. The helm is well laid out and includes Simrad chartplotter and fishfinder. The raised cockpit area raises electrically to gain easy access to the engines and generator.

The centrally positioned deisel engines and straight shaft drive was a breakthrough for Riviera on a boat of this size and results in a powerful boat with good balance and sea keeping qualities. The electronic engine controls further add to the big boat feel.

Below decks the R3000 has an L-shaped lounge to port, a galley to stbd and a large double berth forward. The seperate head/shower compartment is of usual large Riviera proportions and features a Vacuflush head, vanity cabinet and sink and hot/cold shower. Goldstream II has a Singapore Pleasure Craft lisence and features an extended bimini which reaches to the very aft end of the cockpit which offers greater flexibility in the hot weather.
