General Description

A two owner boat with current owner buying her from a retired doctor (original owner) that ran her from the marina to the yacht club and back until he lost his eye sight in Ohio. Current owner purchased her and brought her down to the coast just this past year in 2004 and upon arrival installed closed cooling on both mains, Upgraded the generator to 7.5 kohler and has 6 hours on her at current, New Air/Heat system installed with 20k btu (way more than normal and she will cool down in minutes), New hydraulic steering system, engine flush kits installed for the risers as well, Fresh bottom paint 1/2005, New Complete canvas package to include bimini and full enclosure system, Engines just serviced as well in 1-2005. An eye-catching design with her flowing lines and winged arch. She's an Italian-designed family cruiser that incorporates a number of innovative features. Very large cockpit. Great boat for cruising or camping. The owner has put a lot into the boat (all new canvas, new props, etc). Take a look at this boat and you won't look any further. She is built with "Above Standards" as compared to most of the boats on the market today. She is a mid cabin express whose contemporary styling and affordable price made her a fairly popular boat in the late 1990's. She was built on a solid fiberglass hull with moderate beam and propeller pockets that are used to reduce her shaft angles. Her cockpit and floor plan remained essentially unchanged during her production years. Her mid cabin interior is arranged in the conventional manner with double berths in both staterooms and a convertible dinette in her main cabin. A sliding door provides privacy for her forward stateroom, a curtain is used for mid cabin privacy and headroom is a full 6.5". Topside, a bi level cockpit has a triple wide helm seat forward together with a built in wet bar and wraparound lounge seating aft. A bow pulpit, radar arch and swim platform were standard. She is truly a wonderful boat, professionally maintained in and out and built to take any kind of water. She is definitely worth the trip to see.

BROKERS REMARKS: The owner of this boat has been a client for some time now and I am, always happy when he puts his up for sale due to the amount of care he takes to maintain and run his vessels â�� they are clean and considered easy to sell due to condition. The boats literally needs nothing, she is clean with tons of upgrades that he installed to protect her from any environment, with closed cooling. Accommodations
The layout of the 350 express is standard express cruiser but Trojan gives you some surprises, like the full wet bar in the cockpit with its own refrigerator. Below decks, the forward stateroom has a large center berth but you will also find two hanging closets and a pocket door for privacy. The salon seems large due to the light color palette. There is a settee to starboard and the galley is to port. The head is aft of the galley and features a vacu-flush toilet with a cover to use as a seat when showering. The mid-cabin a spacious with good head room and has it's own privacy curtain. Sleeps 6 in 2 staterooms. There are 2 owner and guest staterooms including 1 guest head and 1 guest shower. Master FWD w/two hanging locker, six overhead side storage compartments, three under master bed drawer storage, carbon monoxide detector, 13" Toshiba TV w/VCR built in. Marine air A/C. Carbon monoxide detector in Dinette area. Storage compartment under dinette. New canvas January 2005. This extremely well kept boat features tons of Ultra leather seating surrounding a dinette table, a Nova Kool refrigerator/freezer a Raritan ice maker, wet bar and this is just on deck!
