VESSEL WALKTHROUGH:
This is a highly customized vessel both inside and outside. She is well laid out with good headroom and living comfort. All interior areas have been customized, no original interior finishes remain. All surfaces, coverings, hardware, and joinery are of excellent quality and properly installed. The port cabin side is a lounge area, the bar is located on starboard side. The galley is on the port side forward with the dining area on starboard, the companionway leading down to the staterooms is midship forward. Custom headliner and recessed halogens in salon and galley area. She has stainless steel polished to a mirror finish throughout the vessel; along with 1/4" to 1 1/2" black lucite cabinet doors in galley, master stateroom, and all heads. All new window treatments. Two swivel barrel chairs flank the lucite hi/low coffee table. The bar features a soda and liquor dispenser. Salon and galley countertops are Corian with custom inlays. All new carpets installed by Ronnie of Ft Lauderdale.

The flybridge is accessed by a cockpit ladder located to port midship area. Clean and well-maintained, with full electronics mounted in the helm console. There are two (2) deck-mounted helm chairs with 360 degree visability, with a forward lounge area with storage. Dual lever engine controls flank the wheel,
with full engine gauging and circuit breaker protection. All console circuits are labeled with easy access inside the console to all systems.

STEERING STATION, Main Deck Aft Starboard: Highlights: Fish finder; GPS; Speed and distance log.
The lower steering station is located on the starboard side of the cockpit up against the aft salon bulkhead. It is recessed into a varnished teak cabinet and features helm controls and navigation information.

The generator has been upgraded to a Northern Lights. Shore power is located on the starboard side with retractable 50 amp cord. The power is 120/240 volt AC and 12/24 volt DC. There are six (6) 12 volt DC batteries wired in two (2) 24 volt DC engine start banks and one (1) 12 volt DC battery bank for house and electronic service. All batteries are mounted in the forward engine room with a deck plate protecting them.

The deck has new white paint with non-skid. The swim platform is molded fiberglass with a varnished transom. The one anchor is a plow-style with chain, the other is a Fortress with chain and line rode. There are handrails that add safety for walking the deck around the house.

The cockpit is finished in teak with teak covering boards. The hatches are trimmed with teak. The tackle center and freezers are all varnished teak boxes, the outriggers are triple spreader, and you have your choice of a Murray Brothers Tuna chair or a Murray Brothers Rocket launcher for your fishing excursions. There is a fully automatic salon access door at the push of a button!.

HULL: Highlights: Trim tabs; Varnish; Polyurethane.
Construction: The hull is finished in a two-part polyurethane yellow paint with the deck done in a two-part white non-skid paint. The transom is varnished over the teak for a rich, deep look.

The engine room is done in bright white paint. The props are 5 blade Nibral with a spare set in 3 blade Nibral. The oil transfer system is both 12 volt DC and 120 volt AC. The genset is a Northern Lights 20kw, fresh water cooled. Stabilizers are by Naiad.

OTHER FEATURES/EQUIPMENT:
The factory hardtop was removed and replaced with a custom hardtop and the addition of a mast on top to hold all antenna and electronic hardware. The windshield area is slanted to help get the rain off for extreme visability. The factory seat on the bow was changed over to a lounge-type arrangement for comfort while cruising or at anchor. The factory windows were switched out for custom seamless windows on each side of the house. This sportfish has had Naiad stabilizers installed for comfort while trolling or cruising. The list goes on and on..........
