General Description

Lightly used, fresh water only !! The second owners of this boat bought her as a lightly used boat and did a complete open- checkbook refit and upgrade spending over $90,000. making her even better than new.

This a wonderful galley down arrangement with a full size dinette across from the galley. The salon features Jefferson's wonderful hand finished teak interior with a teak parquet floor. There is a queen size hide-a-bed to starboard and room for two occasional chairs to port with a table between them. The salon is spacious enough for two additional chair and a large coffee table for entertaining. The entertainment center is forward to port with a 19" color TV with remote and stereo ten speakers. There are three sets of salon speakers, one set are Bose speakers. The salon stereo also feeds one pair of speakers in the cockpit and one on the flybridge. The lower helm is in the forward starboard corner of the salon.
Galley is uniquely laid out to provide and environment equal to many home kitchens. The galley includes an electric oven with broiler, and electric three burner range, double basin sink, full size 1500 watt microwave and an 18 cu ft Gibson refrigerator/ freezer with icemaker. There is sea water washdown in galley, tons of counter space and easy access to the salon and the dinette. The roomy head with shower has two entrance doors allowing private entrance from the master stateroom and guest access from the salon. The master stateroom is forward with a huge vee berth style bed. The woodwork throughout the boat is hand finished teak.

The engine room has excellent sound and heat insulation and an aluminum engine room floor. ElectricalWesterbeke 8.0 kw diesel FWC generator with sound shield and 35 amp alternator, Heart Freedom 2.0 kw inverter with three stage 100 amp at 12 volt battery charger, Professional Mariner three bank 50amp battery charger, five batteries in three banks with Perko switches. There are two marine starting batteries for the main engines, two 1600 amp hours gel cell batteries for ship's service and a marine deep cycle batter for starting the generator. There are parallel switches for all banks to all engines and generator. Two Professional Mariner 150 amp isolators are installed (these allow one alternator to charge two batteries independently). Guest SVS 4 battery monitoring system at the helm for the engine and ship's batteries and a Professional Mariner battery monitoring system for the generator batteries.. Port and starboard shore power inlets plugs and cords, automatic battery charger, Glenndinning shore power cable system with 100' of 220/50 amp cable. In 1994 all (4) 12V DC panels were removed and upgrade to current USCG approved circuit breakers The two wicker tables in the salon are excluded from the sale. A lot of thought, caring, time and money has gone into making this yacht the passagemaker it is today. This is a must see vessel.
