CONSTRUCTION The hull and deck are welded aluminium constructed to American Bureau of Shipping regulations and the yacht has an ABS HULL CERTIFICATE. The keel is lead encased in aluminium and has a highly developed bulb/wing form. The deck and cockpits are hand-laid with teak and the pilot-house is clad in varnished teak. The deck hardware is a combination of standard Rondal blocks and tracks with custom designed and built cleats, fairleads, vent-cowls, etc.
INTERIOR The interior has been beautifully executed in solid teak panelling with fabric-covered wall panels above dado level. The pilot-house immediately inside the companionway door and with its own chart area leads down to a full-width dining area and saloon with working fire-place. The yacht seeps 6/7 in 3 cabins with accommodation for 4 crew in 2 cabins forward.
ACCOMMODATION Owner’s stateroom with large shower-room, bidet and vanity, deck, spacious hanging lockers, good stowage and centerline queen size bed. Two guest cabins both with ensuite shower and head facilities, built to the same high standard. Two crew cabins with their own separate shower and toilet facilities. In addition, an adjacent crew mess area with a combined washer/dryer.
GALLEY Situated on the starboard side aft of the dining area, is ideally designed to accommodate all of the amenities and conveniences of a fine kitchen in a home, and is a full sea-going galley with gas/electric cooker and over, micro-wave oven, dishwasher, double sink and garbage-compactor. There is a 300 litre custom refrigerator and 230 litre chest freezer. With slid teak cabinetry and corian counter-tops, this is not only an extremely functional area but also an aesthetically pleasing one to work in.
SALOON It has two comfortable armchairs, a dining area with seating for 6, and a lovely marble working fireplace. On the port side, adjacent to the seating area, is a bar with its own sink concealed under the surface and a U-line combined ice-maker and cooler. Sails are by Diamond Superyacht (Williams & Lancaster) and comprise a fully battened mainsail, staysail and yankee genoa, a cruising spinnaker and a racing spinnaker, both with “snuffers”.
The yacht is indeed a unique classic design in a style reminiscent of the great racing yachts and the romance of the 1920’s and 1930’s. Her beautiful lines, the classic sheer and deck house profile, are married to a modern hull shape and highly developed keel design, which create an extremely fast and supremely seaworthy vessel, capable of world-wide cruising in any weather. Dutch workmanship, attention to detail, and a blonde teak interior with sculpted detailing and exquisitely designed curves throughout, ensure that the she stands out in both style and quality. A truly romantic and sensual yacht.
In addition to a sumptuous full width owner’s stateroom, there are two further quest staterooms and quarters for up to four crew.
