Lewmar Commander 20 Powerpack system to run the hydraulics. The system has five functions with one spare (that could be used for a hydraulic head stay – for which some of the pre-installation is already made).
The engine room contains all the main systems – engine, gen set, water-maker, chargers and inverters, pumps for water and bilge etc.

ELECTRICAL: The Gel Mastervolt batteries are located beneath the saloon settee in a ventilated box, including a ventilation fan. There are 4x service batteries (new Nov 2005) - There is 1x battery for the navigation instruments, 12 v AGM (new 2006) – 2x 12v starter batteries, one each for the generator and engine. – 2x alternators (1x for service & 1x for the engine start. - Victron Skylla battery charger 24v / 100 amp, new 2007. - Victron Phoenix Sinewave 24v / 1500 watt invertor for PC etc. - Victron Phoenix Sinewave invertor 24v / 3000 watt for outlets, etc.

HULL AND KEEL: Hull, deck and superstructure constructed in aluminium - The hull is of aluminium, 6-7mm under the waterline, 16mm. under the keel.- Awlgrip white painted hull.- Aluminium deck with epoxy-resin coating and a grey finish. Alloy keel with vertical centreboard. Lead ballast is encapsulated in the lifting keel. - The lifting keel is made of aluminium and rises vertically into the keel housing (without disturbing the interior) It is well designed, quiet, smooth and is of hydro dynamic design. The controls are at the helm. It runs from the Lewmar Commander power pack. - The external trim is stainless steel and teak. - Yacht ashore and painted with fresh antifouling and new anodes late April 2005. - The underwater has been sandblasted and refinished in May/June 2007

ACCOMODATION AND INTERIOR: 3x single & 2x double berth, plus saloon - may sleep 9
From forward: Bow locker for storage, access from deck hatch.
Forward en-suite owner head/shower with circular shower unit, washbasin, marine VacuFlush toilet.
Forward owner double cabin with double berth, vanity unit / desk to stb. Lockers, hatch, ventilator fan.
Main saloon with large chart table / desk to starboard, including special “helm seat" type chair fitted on sliding bracket (may be swivelled round to face chart table or saloon table). An extra bed may be made up in the saloon. Instruments, radios, pc system / screen with printer and scanner. To port is a comfortable U-shape settee / dining area. There is ample stowage space behind and under seats.
Guest / day head compartment to starboard with washbasin, marine VacuFlush toilet and shower.
Aft of that is a guest cabin with a double bed, vanity unit / desk, TV, radio, MP3 player & fan. Lockers in the passageway. To port of the companionway & down a step is the galley, formed in an L shape and using the passage aft (to another guest cabin). The galley is very fully equipped, including - cooker, twin sinks, icemaker, freezer and microwave. Corian worktops and excellent stowage spaces.
Twin berth portside cabin with 2 single, upper & lower berths. The lower bed can be made into a double. Good lockers, hatch, ventilator fans. Radio. Access panels to engine room space (engine, generator, etc.)
From the saloon, steps lead up on centreline to the deckhouse, with inside helm position to port & instruments (including radar, loudhailer, VHF, Yeoman plotter). Also anchor winch & bow-thruster controls.
This deckhouse is lower (but still with good headroom) & more streamlined than on the standard Trintellas. 2x opening overhead hatches. Windscreen wipers on the front, port & starboard. On the stb side there is a full-length settee / pilot berth, useful for second crew on night watches, or just a good place to lounge in the day! There is a shorter seat on portside for two people including backrest for the helmsman. There are 2x watertight, sliding (up & down) multi-adjustable doors, permitting closing off the deckhouse completely from the cockpit & saloon. The forward section of the cockpit is low to act as draining area and step. The cockpit is covered by a sun-awning for summer use & this converts to a full tent enclosure for winter use. The outside helm position with Whitlock pedestal & large wheel also incorporates controls for bow-thruster, keel / centreboard. Handy to the helm are controls for sheet winches. There are long settees each side (can be slept on) & a central teak table. There is an aft transom stowage area with a hydraulic opening door in the stern as well as deck access hatches. This houses the diving compressor & gear. Also a separate gas locker under the helm seat.
Domestic equipment: Force 10 Marine 3 burner cooker & oven – 3x refrigerators, 100 litre capacity each, (one top-loading may also be used as a freezer) these are each 24v and seawater cooled - 160 litre deep fridge – front loading 24v water cooled - 220v U-Line icemaker - Washing machine - Sharp Microwave - Hella turbo ventilation fans throughout
