General Description

Accommodations
Vessel sleeps 4 owners and guests in two cabins.Owners cabin is seperate and aft with two berths. Salon has single berth at nav station and single berth at the U-shaped settee. Interior is finished with shipboard pine ceilings, cabin sides and overhead trimed with oak and mahogany. The cabin soles are white oak and raised ribbed ash.The woodwork is combined with white formica for a light interior. Entering the main cabin the nav station and pilot berth are to port and the u-shaped settee and table are to starboard. Under the settee are large deep storage bins. Next forward is the galley and then the toilet to port. Instead of a forward stateroom the forpeak has a work bench and storage area for sails, lines, and equipment etc. It also has a divided chain/rode locker. The aft cabin has 2 single berths, a linen locker and hanging closet. A total of 16 brass opening ports give cross ventilation.

Galley
Located port and starboard forward of settees. On the port side is a gimballed Shipmate 3 burner kerosine stove and oven w/seperate pressure fuel tank. On the starboard side is a SS sink w/ pressure, salt and fresh water foot pumps. Good counter space, drawers and storage bins. Across from the head, forward, well away from heat source is a large extremely well-insulated top loading ice box.

Salesperson's Comments
This vessel was not launched until 1991. The next 10 years were spent doing the interior by a retired wood worker. The hull was constructed with the highest grade Corten steel at Custom Steel Boats of Arapahoe, NC. She is a full keeled vessel with a cutaway forefoot and keel hung rudder.

Mechanical Equipment
Water cooled Lister Diesel is in seperate engine compartment with full 360 degree access. The Lister Diesels were used in commercial fishing boats off the coast of England and are known to be very rugged. 20x20 two blade prop.
