The Virgin Islander is based in an ideal cruising area for this boat in the Caribbean, and is operating successfully as a cruising Hotel on a weekly charter basis, but is equally suited to intercostal, river, or lake use. Easily run by a husband and wife team, in a semi-retired capacity the operation is reluctantly for sale due to health and pressing family matters. The boat is British Virgin Islands registered, and is offered for sale as an ongoing turnkey business, including any outstanding bookings. Also included in the sale are the owners two web sites, these sites are aptly named for this business to attract many visitors, and there is an ongoing professionally managed marketing program in place ensuring increasing popularity of the sites and the rapid growth of the business. At the moment the business is run by the owners as a semi retirement business with a maximum of six passengers, with the owners living in one of the staterooms and the crew quarters used only as storage, this offers the opportunity for new owners to increase the revenue by bringing this stateroom back into play. The package includes. 1. An offshore holding company. 2.
